Technology, Media and Telecom E-health E-commerceAnamika advises and litigates on IT and privacy. She has in-depth knowledge of privacy legislation and extensive experience in drafting privacy documentation and implementing the documentation to ensure that her clients comply with the GDPR. Advising on the use of (consumer) data for marketing purposes and the use of cookies is also part of her activities. Together with the privacy team, she also deals with the development and use of apps and other technology. This also includes advice on security standards.
In addition to knowledge of IT and privacy law, Anamika has knowledge of procurement law. She advises both contracting authorities and contractors during procurement procedures. She assists in drafting tender documentation and submitting tenders. If necessary, she also litigates. She is also responsible for the chapter in the Chambers Global Practice Guide Public Procurement & Government Contracts in the Netherlands.

During her master's degree in civil law, Anamika did an internship at Ploum and started working at Ploum after her graduation. Since 2018, she has been working as an attorney at law at Ploum.
